1. Our Commitment
TellShots is a globally available platform and is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users everywhere. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors in any way, regardless of the jurisdiction in which it occurs.
2. Age Requirement
TellShots is intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is higher). The Service is not directed to children under 18.
- We require users to confirm they meet the age requirement during registration.
- If we become aware that a user is under 18 we will suspend or remove their account and, where appropriate, delete any associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Parents or guardians who believe a child has created an account should contact us immediately at [email protected].
3. Prohibited Content & Behaviour
The following are strictly prohibited on TellShots and will result in immediate account termination:
- Any content that sexually exploits, depicts, solicits, or endangers minors in any form;
- Grooming, recruitment, or trafficking of minors;
- Any attempt to use the platform to gain inappropriate access to or contact with minors;
- Sharing, distributing, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
4. Detection & Enforcement
We take the following steps to detect and address CSAE on our platform:
- User reporting — every post, prediction, and user profile can be reported directly within the app. Reports are reviewed promptly by our safety team.
- Moderation — we review flagged content and take action including content removal, account suspension, and permanent bans.
- Law enforcement cooperation — we report all detected CSAE content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies investigating CSAE offences.
- Account termination — accounts found to violate these standards are terminated immediately with no right of appeal.
5. How to Report a Concern
If you encounter content or behaviour that you believe violates these standards, please act immediately:
- In-app report: tap the Report option on any post, prediction, comment, or user profile. Reports are sent directly to our safety team.
